The Home Team Academy Workplan Seminar in 2023 and 2024 were strategic knowledge-sharing platforms that brings together Home Team departments to align on training priorities and future capabilities, emphasising future-ready training and digital upskilling for officers. It highlights the importance of evolving competency development in a complex operating environment and showcases new training initiatives
The seminar experience was delivered through integrated event management and design-and-build, shaped by purposeful spatial planning and visitor flow that guided participants intuitively through the programme.
